Yarrow Willard is the current director of Wild Rose Herbal College and creator of Introduction to Medicinal Mushrooms, as well as co-teaching several Wild Rose courses and instructing workshop webinars in the Wild Rose Herbal Village.
Dr Terry Willard is the founder of Wild Rose Herbal College. After 40 years of clinical practice and teaching, Terry is now in semi-retirement on an organic farm on Vancouver Island. He spends most of his time researching, writing, developing new Wild Rose College courses & keeping course content up-to-date. He continues speaking, consulting, and formulating nutritional products.
Founded in 2003, Colleen Emery owns and operates Emery Herbals, a Compounding Botanical Dispensary, Healing Suites and Teaching Centre in the rural West Kootenay Mountains, on the traditional, ancestral and unceded təmxʷulaʔxʷ (homeland) of the Sinixt Peoples.
Emery Herbals provides education opportunities both onsite and online with a focus on Advanced Clinical Skills and Student Clinic opportunities. Colleen sits as President of the British Columbia Herbalists Association and is a co-organizer of the Canadian Herb Conference, Kootenay Herb Gathering and the Vancouver Island Herb Gathering.
Jeananne Laing completed the Wild Rose College of Natural Healing Clinical and Master Herbalist diploma in 2006 under the direction of Dr. Terry Willard, PhD. She studied nutrition at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, completing the Health Coaching Program in 2014. In 2017 Jeananne completed the Clinical Cannabinoid Medicine program at TMCI Global, The Medical Cannabis Institute and LIFT’s Retail Cannabis Training course.
After many years of managing and teaching at Wild Rose College of Natural Healing, Jeananne continues her passion for education as Co-founder/Co-Director at Lodgepole School of Wholistic Studies.
Jeananne is a founding member and past President (2016 – 2019) of the Alberta Herbalists Association. She served as a board member with the Canadian Council of Herbal Associations 2005 – 2017. Jeananne has also worked as an Educator in the health and wellness industry, representing several brands including Wild Rose products, Garden of Life, Trophic, Wobenzym, Botanica, MegaFoods, and Host Defense.
