Directions from Calgary International Airport to Tim Hortons Ranch, Kananaskis
From Calgary International Airport (2000 Airport Rd NE, Calgary, AB T2E 6W5):
- Exit the airport and take 96 Ave NE/Airport Trail NE W.
- Merge onto Deerfoot Trail NE/AB-2 N via the right lane ramp.
- Take exit 271 for Stoney Trail NW/AB-201 W.
- Merge onto Stoney Trail NW/AB-201 W and follow signs for Trans-Canada Hwy/AB-1 W.
- Take exit 36 for AB-1/16 Ave. N and follow the Banff W ramp onto Trans-Canada Hwy/AB-1 W.
- Continue on AB-1 W and take exit 118 for Kananaskis Trail/AB-40 S.
- Follow AB-40 S to Tim Horton Ranch Rd, Kananaskis (Hwy 40, Kananaskis, AB T0L 2H0).

Shuttle Service Information:
We are offering a shuttle service from the Light Cellar (6531 Bowness Rd NW, Calgary, AB T3B 0E8) to the Tim Hortons Children’s Ranch on Friday, with two departure times available. A return shuttle from the ranch back to the Light Cellar will also be provided on Sunday afternoon.
Leaves from Light Celler on Friday
10:30 AM and 1:00 PM
Leaves from Ranch on Sunday
4:00 PM and 6:30 PM
*shuttle will have limited room and is first come/first serve, participants are encouraged to email (conference email) at the time of ticket purchase their interest.
If you are taking the Shuttle bus to the event that will depart from Light Cellar, we have some convenient parking alternatives so that you don’t end up with a parking ticket!
- Residential Parking: Feel free to park along Bowwood Drive or 65 St NW or any other nearby residential streets without parking restrictions.
- Public Parking Lot: There’s a public parking lot conveniently located on the corner of 63 St NW and Bow Crescent NW.
